In Slow Flow Yoga we practice the Ancient Art of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Asanas connected to the breath. Honoring the wisdom of all the teachers that were practicing, studying and sharing before us. Whilst softening up and surrendering to the sweetness and juiciness of our bodies.

Slow Flow Yoga is for you when you desire a movement practice that is strengthening and softening at the same time. A dance of Yin&Yang, always connected to what is arising within.
